History: Wrack during the history will have served as fuel, as food for the cattle, as nourishing complements and as plants medicinal for the man.
Manners: Wrack is prescribed against hormonal confusions. It is also effective against rheumatisms. It is often prescribed to lose weight, because it makes lose appetite by inflating stomach and cellulite, favors digestion without calorie contribution while absorbing fat.
Effects: Slimming absorbing fat, restabilizing, eliminate waste, favors exchanges.
Warnings: Disadvised during the pregnancy and feeding.
Directions for use: 1 teaspoon by cup, 3 times a day before the meals. If one uses it against the obesity it is good to add, either a spoonful of konjac, or 1 spoonful of burdock and possibly a quite small little green aniseed.
